GPU interactive render problem

Hello,

i find out problem when i would to set SUN - custom orientation and i would to experiment due interactive render and change orientatiton. Vray will freeze each time, i have RTX 3090 and i try it in RTX and CUDA mode, same problem, instantly freeze. Only if i use CPU, i can change orientation and see it realtime.

After freeze and restart sketchup is all of my section planes doubled, each one make copy of themselfs.

Second question is about Light cache in RTX mode, this took sooooooooo much time to load even if LC is only 800 ... can you do please something with it ? CPU LC is calculated very fast.. but gpu, even with this rtx3090 card is too slow.

About Light cache, how much time does it take to calculate in your case? And does this happen with all scenes?
In my case even at 3000 Subdivs it renders in 15 to 20 seconds for all scenes, and is much faster than CPU
For interior scenes you actually need around 3000 LC Subdivs, which can speed up rendering a lot

About the first issue, when you talk about a freeze? is this a crash or what happens?
Please attach a screenshot and a simple test scene, the SketchUp team will follow along with you

I try render in this modes:

cpu - lc 3000 - 35 sec
cpu - lc 1000 - 5 sec

cuda cpu+gpu - lc 3000 - 28 sec
cuda cpu+gpu - lc 1000 - 17 sec

rtx - lc 3000 -45 sec
rtx - lc 1000 -28 sec

about freezes while interactive render: when i would to try set custom orientation in projects /in all projects, not just this/ when i try it with RTX mode, when i pick custom orientation and new PRG sun, and start interactive render, when i change some angle or horizontal orientation, sketchup and vray freeze, nothing is changed and i must restart sketchup. Same problem with CUDA. When i try it with only CPU, everything seems ok, no problems.. even if i choose NVIDIA denoiser.

my pc spec: TR1950x, 64gb ram, RTX 3090 24gb..

I am not able to reproduce this issue.
It is possible to be scene-specific. Can you share the project so that we can test on our side?

This also sounds very strange.
If you can create a simple project that shows the behavior on open it'll help us a lot.

As Muhammed pointed out we're currently looking into a couple of issues which cause GPU Light Cache to be slow.
One of us will get back to you when we make progress.

maybe is best solution to someday using teamviewer, so you can see my problems on own eyes, an vray behavior

1. as we disqus in private emails to do some teamviewer session, i today try one thing and it seems like it helps
i find solution, that i need to delete /for now i just move file out and keep it / FrameBufferState.fbs from directory C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray for SketchUp
I dont know if its useful, but it seems, like this solution helps many other people with freezing during RT render

I was able to reproduce this issue and it's now logged in our bug tracking system - SK-3776
We'll do our best to fix this with the next update.

To give a summary from the remote session:

Basically, this was resolved by resetting the render settings from this button in the Asset Editor
And manually readjusting to RTX engine and high resolution.
