White projection on clipper

Hello, i'm a débutant on vray and i have an issue with the mesh clipper object in vray/sketchup. When i want to render a scene with a mesh clipper object, a white projection appear on the surface of the section. How can i fix this please? Please help me!

You need to ensure that the object the section touches is a solid object. If there is a broken surface, an error will occur.
