Background Image and Metal Materials Transparency

Greetings,
I have noticed, and cannot figure out any solution, that applying a background image as environment causes any metal material transparent.

Attached-please-find the SU file.

I will deeply appreciate any elucidation, solution, piece of advice. Thank you in advance

Try adding Reflection and Refraction overrides as well. Here is an example:
