material editor and vray for sk7

hello and happy new year!
I recently installed v-ray for SK7 ...
I do not find the material editor ... Why?

I formatted the machine recently and I have not installed the software on SK6 ... Perhaps for this ...

I'm not sure why either...Its there when I open SU 7...is it possible you just closed the V-Ray Toolbar?
