    Hello to everyone.I'm new here but i would like some help ! Pleeeeaase!
    I'm in the middle of a project of an interior...my model uses about 120MB of space and when the rendering starts the frame buffer shows but before anything starts to happen it crushes by a message that is saying something like: visual c ++ runtime library Runtime error! Program C:\PG F\google\gs7\sketchup.exe runtime terminate in an unusual way
    My error log says this:

    About to make our qapp
    after make qapp
    Made it after UIManager.initialize
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ASGVIS\Python26\Lib\site-packages\Ft\Xml\InputSource.py:346: DeprecationWarning: functions overriding warnings.showwarning() must support the 'line' argument
    FtWarning, 2)
    FtWarning: Creation of InputSource without a URI
    Entering renderArchive
    About to start readArchive - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data/ASGVIS/VfS/current_skp.xml
    20.078000 seconds is how long it took to read C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data/ASGVIS/VfS/current_skp.xml
    0.296000 seconds is how long it took us to correct the file paths for all external texture file references in the scene.
    (to ensure this process goes as quickly as possible, please be sure all references to external texture files are correct prior to rendering)
    2.297000 seconds is how long it took to add the plugins to our renderer

    Also i have used the debugg for the material force
    The memory status shown on the Win Os in the task manager at the moment of the render start shows a value of 1.203 Mb or Ram or 1.4 at another try
    so it doesn't go over 1.5
    i hope you could help me with this. thank you

    Re: runtime C++ error

    more info
    i'm using v ray 1.48.89
    second engine is light cache 1000 subd
    and i've also tried the DM instead of Light Cache...but it freeze during the render with a sound of an error but no display error...
    5th try to render ended as if the textures were not properly sorted...so the render didn't actualy start....it was as if i didn;t even push the R button
    now i'm trying to edit my hidden geometry so it could reduce the amount of detail...maybe that;s the problem...so i'm trying to render with lesser and lesser objects and also try deleting some of the materials cause i have like 83 ...
    what should i try next? any sugestions?

      :-[ As there is no way for someone to answer our questions, try to help as far as I can, this is a very common bugs in this version, so I know where errors are logged and as you can see the problem is for materials and textures and you have to re-edit some materials that have lost their correct parameters and route maps for some textures not found, this is the "manual", there are some friends that squeeze twice the R button and start making render

      I hope I've been of some help, Regards

        Re: runtime C++ error

        i apreciate any help
        I've made some progress..i've managed to render one of the scenes with the debug tool for all defuse...but only at 800/600 and only with light cache....DM crashes no matter what.... i think a part of the problem are some materials...so i will remake them...there should be a tool for deleting every material trace
        and after that i will try and render it again

        Cheers and luck !

          Re: runtime C++ error

          new report...
          i.ve managed to render the model using the debug material...all deffuse at 1024/691 and i got another error during the render...when it was just about to finish:
          "Unable to create the error report.
          Please verify that there is enough space in your temp folder"
          What is going on? Can this program go any wrong? This is the 10th time i've tried to render just one basic scene ....and i've hidden the majority of the obescts that are not in the scene...tho i don't really know if that even has any effect at all....

          Need some answers please! Help !

            Re: runtime C++ error

            "Unable to create the error report.
            Please verify that there is enough space in your temp folder"
            That's a SketchUp error message that sometimes comes up when SketchUp crashes.

            What are your system specs?
            Do you have anything else running while trying to render?
            Best regards,

              when you say sistem specs you mean what was in the task bar? or bat was application was running in the task manager?

                Re: runtime C++ error

                i've replaced every material ....i've put all effort into this project and it still won't render....same error runtime+ ...made the 3gigabite switch
                nothing....it craches!
                What should i do now?
                If there is still no answer....guess it's going to the trash can...and me i'm switching to something else

                  Re: runtime C++ error

                  ... did you contact support? We help a little on the forums, but it's not where you go to get support from ASGvis, it's where you go to talk with other members of the community. If you're having trouble, and would like us to take a look at the scene file or try to get to the bottom of the issue, you should be contacting support@asgvis.com

                  -What version of Windows are you using?
                  -Is it a 32 or 64bit version of the OS?
                  -Have you tried any of the suggestions in this thread? http://forum.asgvis.com/index.php?topic=5887.0
                  (I'm aware it was written for VfR, but the same rules apply for the majority of the tips)
                  -Does this crash occur with any other (smaller) scenes, or if you render this scene at a smaller resolution?
                  -Would it be possible for you to send us your scene file, or at the very least, save out your render options as a .visopt and send them to us? There might be some settings that could be optimized in there.
                  -Would you be interested in trying our latest beta version to see if that helps? Memory usage will still be an issue if that's the underlaying cause of this problem, but if there are any other issues, they may be fixed in the latest beta.
                  Best regards,
