render and option option doesn't start

Hi,

I just install Vray for sketchup on windows XP on a 32 bit machine with sktechup 8 Pro.

The tool bar appears in sketchup but notjing is starting:

The ruby console in sketchup wrote:

what version of VfS are you using? The latest version is 1.48.89.

was this scene made with an older version of our product? It appears that there's an issue with the output width and height in the render options, please verify that the values set for these parameters are valid. Also, did you remove any old versions of our product, prior to installing 1.48.89?

It was the first install of vray for sketchup on this machine.
When I click on the option button nothing append ( no log)

... hmm that's not good... Are you able to render a small scene with just a box or a plane in it?

In fact I just try to render Susan of the Google Sketchup template, ....
I try to save it

Should I try with sketchup 7 ? instead of Sketchup 8 Pro ?
I want to clean up manualy my laptop. Is there a list of the file to delete ?

Hmm, yeah, just a default scene shouldn't be a problem with SU 8. Not on windows anyway (our current version doesn't work with SU 8 on Mac). I would recommend uninstalling the product, and then following the instructions here: http://forum.asgvis.com/index.php?topic=8148.0 which tell you where to find any lingering files left behind from the uninstaller (we recommend leaving the licensing folder intact). Once your machine is clean, do another install, and hopefully it will work this time. If you still have trouble, contact support@asgvis.com and we can proceed from there.
