Currently I'm using Vray for sketchup 2.0 on sketchup 2015, on a windows 8.1 64bit machine.
I have a few issues that I can't seem to fix:
First: When I try to do a Batch render in a .png format, Vray blocks after just one scene. I have the same problem with high resolution renders in .jpg.
The animation is turned off, the scene delay is 0 and scene transitions are disabled.
Is there a maximum resolution for batch renders?
This is really annoying since I use Vray for professional use and at the moment I've spent nights getting out of bed every half hour to start a new render. NOT a healthy way to work...
Then, since I installed sketchup and Vray on my new pc, Vray gives a message "Could not obtain license (-9
, mostely when I try to do Batch renders, and when I hit the render button for rendering the second scene. I have to close sketchup, unplug the dongle, plug it in again, open the file again and then render, for each image! Off course I do have a license.
Other times when I boot sketchup it says there's no license available Vray doesn't boot at all. Even though the dongle is in de computer and Vray worked just fine 5 minutes beforehand!
Any ideas anyone?
Many thanks!
Sincere greetings,
Sigrid
