Good news: the awkward camera issues with 2 point perspective scenes seems to been worked out (basically in previous versions you could not reliably pan or zoom while in 2 point and then save the scene, as rendering would not match the viewport intermittently).
However, I can confirm the sun/sky system does not match the SKP settings saved to the scene. Model is hosek et al (if that matters) and our normal rendering process is to export to a vrscene file and submit to our farm (which may make a difference, local renders within the skp UI don't seem to struggle with this as much, but can't confirm its definitely a vrscene issue)
This has been happening since the vray3 initial release, and our workaround thus far is to use HDRI's for all environmental light, but sometimes we need that extra level of fine control to really thread the sun in between buildings.
