I can't update to Vray 5 for sketch up 2019

Hi there,

I downloaded Vray 501003 and after installing it I get this load error message:

Hi panos_gavalas,

Sorry to hear you're having such issues. These errors are usually due to corrupt installation, my suggestion would be to uninstall and clear all leftover files, then try again.
