Does Vray fur work in Vray Vision?

I was testing out Vray Vision but I couldn't get fur to work on vision.

Is this feature not available?

Hi manishpaul_simon,

You've guessed right, fur support is not yet implemented - however, our developers are currently working on providing full support for V-Ray Fur. Will let you know when this happens.

Hi guys,

In V-Ray 5.2 you can visualize grass in Vision if that's what you're after.
Here's how you do it:

1. Apply Fur to the object you'd like to see grass on
2. Make sure that the word 'grass' is part of the Fur's name (for example - 'AnyName_Grass')
3. Apply the material you'd like to use for the grass to either the base object or to the Fur directly
4. A preset grass geometry will appear in Vision

Currently only the material and the Length parameter of the Fur affect the Grass in Vision.
