Is there a standalone app that allows you to open a VRIMG file and edit it the same way you would in the VFB? Essentially a standalone VRay Frame Buffer application?

I've been also pleading for a standalone vfb or at least incorporate it in chaos player. Would be a very nice tool. I hate to open another 3dsMax to edit some images while my workstation is rendering for instance.

Unzip the attached zip into the following folder and double-click "vfb.bat"
C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray for SketchUp\extension\vray\bin
It consumes RenderNode license, but you can use VFB.āAttached Files

of course. Simply run VRayStandalone (vray.exe).
3dsMax 2021 and earlier versions are in the folder below
Code:C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\3ds Max 20**\bin
Code:C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\VRay3dsMax20**\bin

Waaw ok, that is an amazing little hack!!! Thank you so much. This should be official though, but as for now this should suffice, and lucikly I have a render node to spare so no problem there.
