Ideas on a machine that will be a good render machine?

HI there, i am looking at buying a new computer and would like some ideas on what key components i should go for.

so this is what im thinking along so far - give your opinions please !

Proc. - Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0 Stepping (2.4GHz 1066MHz) Socket 775 L2 8MB Cache (2x4MB (4MB per core pair)

MoBo. - Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R Socket 775

Ram. - Corsair 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 Memory Non-ECC Unbuffered CL5(5-5-5-12)
Maybe go for 1000Mhz ram?

Video card - Leadtek PX8800GTS 320MB DVI PCI-E Graphics Card
or is it better to go for a card that is specific for these applications? like the
PNY Nvidia Quadro Fx 540 128MB DDR PCI-E DVI ??

i was thinking to get something that will play some games too so that is to come into it too...

HDD. - Seagate 250GB NL35 Drive SATAII 7200RPM 8MB Cache - OEM

If you want a hard drive fast you recommend a WD Raptor for the operating system or a RAID 0 x 2 Raptor to be faster.

If you want to render, uses the option VRAY Distributed Rendering and several computers in your business. I had come to connect up to 12. It is a marvel, but not how options camera (zoom, Focal Length Override, etc.). It is a bug.

A Core 2 Quad processor is the best choice for a single computer or for the main computer in Distributed Rendering. I will buy this processor soon.

In my business we look forward to that fix the bug's Distributed Rendering to enhance and cut time to render
