need help to post image..!!!

guys...how do you guys post an image...what type of image format did all of you guys used to post in this forum and what size of that image actually..
coz i had try to post my image in vfsu gallery but i can't post it..it said that upload folder is full..please try a smaller size..my file only 86kb..jpeg file..
i'm also reduce the size with ps to 60kb..but still the same things happen...
how can i fixed this..??
please guys help me...administrator..what should i do?

same freaking thing happends to me and i havent post because of that this last 2 or 3 weeks, i send a personal message to dalomar but never recibe an answer.... :'(

now i can post my image by using imageshack..
this should really help others who can't posted their image..
