Well SR2 isn't made yet...we just release SR1

The only academic difference should be that resolution is limited 1600x1200

Actually, the main and most important difference is that you can't use the academic version for commercial use. We believe that education is very important, and so we try to give students a decent price break (tuition costs are expensive enough already). Using the academic version for commercial usage is a violation of the terms of service, which we all know isn't a good thing to do.

you might want to change the title of your thread to SR1. I think it will otherwise be confusing for people....
