i cannot make shiny renders

i dont know what is the problem but i need your help guys here one of my sample its suppose to be shinny.I am sending my visopt file as well.

Two things
1 make sure that the VISMAT material has a reflective layer
2 a reflective surface needs something to reflect, so it may appear non reflective when there is nothing to reflect - in this case you need to add stuff, billboards etc.

David absolutely correct, i just want to add that you can also use an HDRI as you environment or put visible rectangle light in the scene witch will be reflected on the shiny material.
