  • sketchup keeps crashing

If someone could give me a hand, I would be very greatful.

Just purchased a new quad core. Sketchup crashes about every 5 min and I'm on a tight deadline for a project. This is the error I keep getting.

    "Runtime Error!

    Program: C:\Progra-2/Google-1/Sketchup.exe

    abnormal program termination."

Then I click ok and it says....

"Unable to create the error report.
Please verify that there is enough space in your Temp folder."

I am using the trial version of sketchup because I am waiting for Google to send me a copy of my licence info. DO you think this may be the problem??

    Re: sketchup keeps crashing

Don't think it's the trial that's causing it.
You got a new system? Have you updated all your drivers? Have you tried reinstalling SketchUp? Have you tried without any plugins running?
Please mention what V-Ray and SketchUp version you are using when posting questions.

Or tried reinstalling V-Ray. Many times a bump install causes a number of problems that people see. That would be the first thing, then go reinstalling SU and driver checking. If all else fails maybe you should check out Linux ;D
