Where to download MadoEXT.visopt?

I've searched far and wide for the file in both the forum and download section but to no avail, I am unable to locate it. Can some please direct me in the right direction or paste the settings here if possible?

For some reason this MadoExt visopt crashes my machine on more complex scenes, so I prefer to use the "external_architectural" visopt file instead which gives very similar results.
