    Btw I noticed that I never said what was the cause of the Disp. issue of this topic. It was a low setting light above the displacement carpet (Stefan got it right).

      Really? How low was the light? I get that displacement problem all the time, and they usually occur on exterior scenes where the GI is the only light source. Is there a setting to adjust on the GI to reduce this problem?
      I am currently using V-Ray 1.49.01.
