At this moment i first make a sketchup model with all kinds of standard sketchup textures in it. Then i am adding the vismats with the integrated material editor within sketchup. I do this by importing the vismat and connect it to the sketchup material.
Is there a way to connect the vismats to textures of sketchup or better to include the textures of the vismats in the sketchup material library and that these are linked to the vismats.
This way i can use the materials in the model and i allready know how the model will look like. Sorry if this is a noob question, but i was not able to find a good answer to my question.
I somewhere read something about a linked material, but i was not able to understand how that works.
