  • shadows whitout a physical camera (???)

    Hi!

I am trying to get this effect:

    I am using
    AO+GI+override material
    without a physical camera,

How can I get some "SUN" shadow?
I had try to use in GI color a TexSKY with 0,000001 of brightness but the image is still almost white.

    any help?

    thx!

I my test I can achieve that effect with .03 on my sun multiplier. If you have the texsky on GI Color, be sure that "Default light" on Global Switcher is disable.

Could it be the turbidity? What if you increased it to 5.0?
        I am currently using V-Ray 1.49.01.

To get smooth shadows, go to the sun parameter and increase the size o fthe sun.

also increasing the subdivs would increase the quality of the shadows, right?
