Wait...what material am i looking at? The glass or the exterior masonry finish?

More info we know the better

Bolite,
you'd need to make a displacement map in photoshop.
Draw some random lines and play with layer effects such as Inner/Outer Glow or Relief.

White areas will pull surface normals and therefore make the material stick out, whereas black areas won't alter the object geometry.
Make sure to check the direction of the surface normals.

Don't forget to post your results, mate!
