  • Can we keep on working with Sketchup while rendering?

    Hi there,

Would anyone know the answer to that question?

Some of my renders could take hours to finish and I don't want to sit there and wait.

    Thanks,

    _KN

you should be able to work while rendering, keep in mind that you'll use more system resources while doing so, but you should be able to do it either way. You just have to wait for the VFB to pop up, and the status at the bottom of the SU window to stop saying that it's processing the scene.

Yeh, it all depends on your computer, im running 64bit-WIN7 so im able to Photoshop the last rendered image whilst my next one is going, also using 2 monitors is soooo much eaiser,

i.e i have the render on one monitor (keep an an eye on it) and Photoshop/SU on my other monitor with all my tool bars strategically placed around my render window
