  • Edit multiple lights / Lights inside componants that work.

hi. not sure if it's just me but..
i cannot find a way to edit more than one light at a time. this is incredibly annoying if you have many lights and are experimenting.
also, say i make a spotlight cone with an omni light in then want to make it a componant to copy the same light around a room (the light wont emmit anymore from inside the componant).

could you put lights into a group or layer and give the same perameters?

    thanks

    stu

    has anyone else experienced this?
i see lighting as the most important thing.

i would like this too... hopefully the vray lights not rendering in the components issue would be rectified in the service release...
i would like to see a global "lights" window.. where u could choose the lights (any kind of lights.. be it rectangular or omni) and tweak it from there....

Let all the light component use the same light material, then if you edit the material, all the lights changes.
