Move a Material Layer Easier

Right click a material layer and 'Move Up' or 'Move Down' options. Right now, dragging is a little buggy, might be easier to just move them this way.

That, as one of my wishlist on material management.

1. Group the material. We all know materials are stored under division called "scene materials". When we click it, it dropped down into list of materials in scene. Maybe we can utilize this, create different divisions of materials for ourselves. Personally I'd like to separate materials that have Vray attributes (emissive, reflective, etc) and those of materials from standard Sketchup (when we import 3d models, etc).

2. Arrange materials. Arrange like in Windows, arrange by date created, modified, name, first, last, etc.

It may not be directly involved with helping the render process, but it helps alot to organize (speed up material applying process) IMO.
