Graying out the map rotation when "Use transform " is enabled

Hi,

It would be useful if "Rotate H" and "Rotate V" could be grayed out when "Use transform " is enabled for the dome light.

I understand your point, but it may be more confusing to users to have controls grayed out based on another option located in a separate window. Your suggestion will be considered when further refining the texture settings UI.
