  • Texture not rendering as shown

I'm rendering a material with a texture, but the position of the texture on the material is not rendering the way it's shown in UE4. Even if I move the texture out of position, it still renders in the same location in V-Ray. I'm still new to UE4, although I've used V-Ray in 3DS Max, so I appreciate any help! Here's a photo showing how the texture is oriented in UE4 (top) and how it renders in V-Ray (bottom).

    Hi story_garvie,

Is the model imported from a vrcsene file or in a different way? My best guess is that he UV coordinates that are exported/used in V-Ray are different than those that UE uses. Can you send the scene to investigate it further?

    Best regards,
    Alexander

Yes, how do I do this? I'm still relatively new to UE4.

You can zip the whole UE project folder and send that via Google Drive or Dropbox or similar site.

        Best regards,
