Do you mean that you want it as a viewport? If so, then you can choose that from the viewport itself, when you click on e.g. 'standard' it'll show various viewport IPR options.

I did but nothing happens, i mean the GPU not running
It doesn't work at all....not even a regular frame buffer version?
If not then that is really weird and I'm afraid I'd have no idea why that is.
Hopefully someone else can pinpoint why this happens.

Are you trying to run Vray realtime in a viewport? Or are you trying to run it in the Frames buffer? If it's the frame buffer, you need to press the button shown below;

I have no problem to run it in frame buffer, just nothing happen when i try to run it in realtime viewport, still trying here...
