Without sss this scene got rendered in 3 minutes, and in Progressive Image Sampler it got rendered in 10 minutes with sss, but I have installed nightlies build version, it is taking the same render time in old version.

Progressive Image Sampler is fast, but I have a doubt whether all the frames in the animation will appear the same in Progressive Image Sampler. Because in our case we have always used bucket render in animation.

Progressive is consistent in animations, it is the recommended way of using V-Ray GPU
Plus, I'm glad you are getting the same render time as me. If it renders any slower with any build let us know, we will take a look

Ok, I'll try and thank you. But I think it is a bit slower than other GPU render engines. I hope it becomes faster in the future

thank you for help and clear doubt

We have some performance improvements coming up for V-Ray GPU, I hope to share more details about this soon
Whenever I have time, I will convert this setup to Redshift to compare the performance. I will update the thread with my results soon

            Best,
