Yes, 5 minutes after I have downloaded it, the download link disappeared. It seems that there is a license issue for some users (RT can't find the license server).
So this might be the reason why Chaos has deleted the download links again.

yeah....after installing and running vrayrt sp2: could not obtain a license (4096) ....

Same error here, it's broken.
Have been installing, re-installing, firewall and service adjusting but it always gets that 4096 error.

There was a problem with the builds that were uploaded and you will need to re-download the installation when we release them officially.

They can only be changed before you start the RT engine, you cannot change them on the fly.
