Does the nVidia 3D vision test program work fine? Did you enable stereo 3D in the nVidia control panel?

    Best regards,

        -update-
just updated nvidia driver to version 260.99(8.17.12.6099) but still no changes
all things are working with 3dvision , but vrayRT not ..
        seams to be a bug

I am in the same situation - got 3D vision glasses and a BenQ XL2410T monitor.. Stereo is working fine in games and in the Nvidia stereo test - but unfortunately not in Vray 2.0 RT

          I'm running 260.99 drivers on a GTX 480

              Hello,

VRayRT does not support NVidia 3d Vision. It does support OpenGL stereo mode but you'll need suitable graphics card - e.g. most Quadro cards: http://www.nvidia.com/object/quadro_...echnology.html

are there any future plans to support it ?
would be a "nice to have"

We tried, but we could not make it work (it was *very* unstable and interfered with the 3ds Max viewport system).

                  Best regards,

So, if I understand it correctly - this requires a Quadro card and 3D vision glasses with a special cable that connects directly to the GPU?

Here's a bit of info from Nvidia's site that might be useful if you happen to be based in Europe or Asia:

3D Vision glasses kits sold in Europe and Asia do not currently contain this cable. For Europe, an upgrade kit from PNY is available (P/N: QSP-3DV-KIT)

The OpenGL stereo mode will work with Quadro + Nvidia USB IR emitter too. The special cable that connects to the graphics card is not a strict requirement.
The USB IR emitter may lead to flickering at certain circumstances:
