Interface very sluggish when running Vray RT

Since I switched to max 2016 and updated VRay to 3.20.02 I noticed that while previewing the scene with VRay-RT, the whole interface because extremely slow : dialogs take seconds to update, same for materials when I change any value.
Please note that I run Vray-RT on the renderfarm and disable "Auto-start local slave".
Anyone experienced similar issues ?

Just decrease the values of Samples Per Pixel (to something between 1 and 4 for example) and Bundle Size (to something between 32 and 128 for example). Test to see what works for you.
