Why is RT rendering with color differences compared to the ADV production renderer? I remember having these issues before, are they still not fixed or is there something in the shader not supported? this scene is just Forest pro preset items.

It is because RT is completely different engine in the current version of V-Ray.
Is this CPU or GPU ? Either of those, even if only with presets, it will be best to send the scene to look over it. I would guess that it is some forest pro specific shader.V-Ray fan.
Looking busy around GPUs ...

The difference is due to the fact that the GPU still calculates reflections for the leaf material even though they are disabled. Please note that V-Ray RT GPU doesn't support Trace reflections options. If you enable Trace reflections option this material will render as with the CPU.
