I'm getting Unhandled Exception c0000005 error with RT CUDA as Active Shade in the scene where I test my materials in. This happens only in this particular scene and only when I save a texture with Photoshop that is already used in the scene. Screenshot below:

Thanks for the scene - I reproduced the problem here.
There are two possible workarounds till we fix the issue:
- Turn ON "Auto update bitmaps" - that way V-Ray RT will watch for changes to the file and update the bitmap correctly when you save the texture in Photoshop.
- Use VRayHDRI instead of Max's bitmap - also seems to fix the problem
