  • Animated textures in Multi/Sub-Object materials

Seems that animated textures stop working when placed into Multi/Sub-Object materials, any chance of getting this working?

    Which textures ?

Sorry, I meant bitmap sequences, they seem to work fine until they're placed in a multi/sub.

Tried loading sequences in Bitmap and VRayHDRI (VRayMtl in Multi/Sub-object material) and scrubbing the time slider while RT was running and everything seemed normal. Can you send me a scene reproducing the problem at peter.matanov@chaosgroup.com ?

Well, it looks like it was linked to a max session. I spent an hour or so trying to get it work at no avail. Eventually I got an RT error, something about restarting Max to re-enable RT. After this the problem seemed resolved.

That is strange .. If it happens again, please try to isolate the issue so our developers can take a look. Thanks
