They didnt purchase PSD manager it is their own tool which isnt as good or as feature packed as PSD manager

The new import options look exactly like power translaters. PhysX is renamed to mass Fx. Rendering tech by Nvidia. I get the impression they continue the trend of buying external plugins and put their own R&D money elsewhere. I wonder if they ever made an offer for v-ray?
