Hello,
Today I logged in to upload all my 360° panorama to Enscape website. I use Revit. I did this a few hours ago, and on https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/upload there is still nothing.
I can’t access my panoramas anymore, I can’t see the QR Code. It’s sutck on “Waiting for Migration” on all of the panoramas.
What do I do ? I restarted Revit and rebooted the PC still the same problem. Please help !! Thanks
Thanks for the report - We’re aware of this behavior and a corresponding fix should find its way into Enscape in the coming days. I’ll notify you once more after I’m able to share further more specific news soon, and if anything else comes up in the meantime please let me know as well.
Thanks for answering. This is quite problematic since I can’t access anymore my 360 panoramas, so this puts us in a bad situation for a client render
Please come back to me ASAP when the fix is here thanks !!
Here’s a couple of pano viewing sites:
https://renderstuff.com/tools/360-panorama-web-viewer/
- Simple upload. No sharing. Good for testing. Has nice links for instructions to host your own pano files
https://panoraven.com/en/share-360-photo
- Inexpensive hosting, sharing and tour creation
Hope this temp solution gets you past the deadline.
Hi Phil thanks for the message.
Unfortunately, I can’t even download my panoramas. I can’t do anything, I’m indefinitely stuck since ALL panoramas have the message “Waiting for migration…” and :
This is getting quite urgent I hope there will be a fix soon ! Please help me.
Panorama files are stored locally after rendering in Enscape. Click on the pano icon and use the icon to the left to save to your local computer. Then you can upload the pano file to another hosting service.
Does that help?
