When starting a sketchup model we get the message “9 asset(s) could not be downloaded during export”.
Is there a list or log where we can see which assets it skips and why? It seems to be related to some people models.
The model is available in the library and even if we place this model again we get the same message.
edit: We tried on a second machine and the same model seems to load into Enscape with no issues. What could me the reason that an asset loads on one machine, but not on a second machine?

This is generally what we reccomend doing whenever you may experience any issues with Enscape, especially if they are related to crashes or other problems that hinder you from fully utilizing every feature.
Through the provided log files we will then be able to provide you with a fitting solution very soon after said report has been submitted.
