I made a new demoreel.
Its too long but i am not sure what to cut out.
what would you cut out first?
i think the parts with the girl showing around the photo or the bingo stuff.

I think showing around the photo is too long .. and/or maybe the transformation lab/room is taking too long .. maybe you can cut some from there too… But still… I like it alot the way it is…
BTW… How much of this was comceptual and how much actual work?

very impressive work
The only thing that bother me is the sound. I just removed my headphones after a while. Maybe change it to something less “eurodance”, maybe more ambient or quiet.
Other than that I think it’ s maybe a bit too long, especially the part with the cartoonesque kids. I would keep some of the more impressive stuff that you have at the beginnig to spread all along the movie.

Very impressive, high quality work…perhaps clip a few scenes to shorten the length, but not absolutely necessary - it’s entertaining enough to keep watching.

I agree. A downloadable version would be great. Would love to see the whole animation but it keeps pausing. From the first couple of seconds I’ve seen, it’s pretty impressive.

Thanks for your nice comments, this is really helping me a lot.
I will make the changes today, i think i know what to cut out now.
I will also try to get some different music, buts its hard to find something that everyone likes.
Most of the animations and models are done by me, but i hire other freelancers if the deadline is too close to do it all by myself.
The older music videos at the end are an exception, they where done with around four people.
I also use as much models from turbosquid as possible because its usually cheaper than modeling it all yourself or by another freelancer.
The people at the beginning started out as poser meshes but i had to change them a lot.
I dont know how many hairstyles i had to do until the customer was satisfied.
I could start a job as a real hair stylist right away :mrgreen:
The hair was what really stood out in the first few seconds I saw. Nice job. Your website is great. Did you create that little robot and his audio?
