Black screen "waiting for image data"

I had this problem before but I fixed it some how, i cant remember how … it was late.
What must the settings in “services” be. I have tried every setting, automatic, manual, logged on as “local system” and “this account” also restarted and reinstall but i still get the “waiting for image data” black screen.
In the task manager i see Vray.exe, Vrayrtspawner.exe and vrlsevice.exe running
I am using a very simple scene, teapot vraylight.

This happed after I had the some render slaves on. Dont know if this is the reason but i removed all the servers and still no luck.
I looked at some other threads about this but it did not help me.

btw. I remember seeing some kind of software to see is the servers are working does something like that exist?

Thanks

Try to unregister the service, clear the servers list, turn on the “Auto-start local server” option and see if it works.

If it does work, you can then try the service option: register the service; set it to use “this account” and enter your local user account; start the service; keep the “Auto-start local server” option on in the RT settings and see if this works.

If neither of these work, please email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com

Thanks its working now. Is there away to see if the render slaves are working? I am sure i saw some application to see the performance of the severs.
Thanks again

There is an option “Show statistics”, but it will not show information on which servers are being used (I’ve made a note to add this however) - you can use this to compare speed between 1 machine, and DR with other machines. You can also check the RT server console window on the slaves, and/or Task Manager processor usage.
