Cannot batch render/screenshot after 1-2 times rendering

I cannot render anymore after 1-2 times I did rendering. During the trial version, I don’t have this kind of problem. But when I purchase the license one, I began to experience inconvenience using Enscape. My colleague and I have the same specs of computer, settings and graphic card. However, his Enscape works perfectly fine.

Here’s the computer specs (graphic card):

GeForce GTX 1660 Super. I’m using SketchUp 2021. Windows 10 Home, 64-bit. I’ve also installed the newest update for the NVIDIA GeForce GPU Driver. Still doesn’t work. It automatically crashes after I click the batch render or screenshot. Even if I used lower resolution. Very troublesome.

Can you solve this problem as soon as possible as this is causing us too much delay in our workflow.
