CHAOS COSMOS WON'T OPEN ANYMORE

Corona Corona for 3ds Max Issues

Hello,
One of my colleagues is working with 3ds Max 2025 and Corona 12HF1, but Chaos Cosmos is no longer opening. I don’t see any error messages anywhere.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to help, please?
Corona has been reinstalled multiple times without success.
