clipper object and render artefact

Hi fellas,
We are experiencing a strange error when using the clipper post effect on a simple scene (attached).
As soon as you overlay 2 clipper objects like 2 boxes to clip away 2 overlaying cylinders it seems to break the effect.
I basically want to divide the cylinder.
Only workarround i see right now - is to use a very thin substraction mesh for only one cylinder.
Let me know what you think about this issue or maybe have a workarround.
