This seems like a new bug. When submitting, from Max, the submission tool no longer remembers the prior project submitted to. This is annoying as we have quite a few different projects. This even happens in the same session of the submitter when doing multiple submissions from the same file.

Adding the update here too as the communication went through the ticketing. The issue with the project name default state is now fixed.
