Once every 5-6 times when I open Enscape in Sketchup - the colours are all off..
Then eventually it resolves itself after a few days. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do to stop this?!
Hi @skt149 , in this case (and generally whenever you experience any issues with Enscape) please forward this behavior to our support team for further investigation by making use of the support button which will also transfer vital log files, machine information and so forth as detailed here: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
Should the support button ever not work you can instead reach out to said support team via the help center instead, as additionally detailed in the linked thread above.
