Just a quick note in case anyone hadn’t tried it - some quick tests here and Allegorithmic’s Substance works as expected in the Corona Node Editor (if anyone finds any bugs, please report as normal of course!)
Excelente, thanks
just for clarity! what change did you make with the filter node on the substance glossy?
I didn’t make the scene, that one is over to Beanz for an answer ![]()
Thanks Tom, I plugged the glossy image into a filter shader and adjusted the contrast and gamma. ![]()
Hi,
i don’t kow much about subtances, and i’m totally new to corona.
I’ve got some substances which I downloaded for test-purposes when C4d introduced the pipeline.
Those are .sbsar files. How excactly can i open them in coronas node-editor? Drag’n drop doesn’t work.
You have to create a Substance material by their usual workflow (check out their tutorials for that), then you can drag that into the node editor - only the Substance nodes can load up an sbsar.
Thanks for the info, Tom.
… so much to learn, so little time …
