Crashes while rendering

Hello,

i am working on Enscape 2.8.0 in Sketchup Pro 2017.

: Win 10 64bit

: Intel core i5, 4th Gen CPU @ 1.70 GHz

: 8 GB RAM

: 2 GB Intel HD Graphics

: 6 GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 M

When I try to screenshot render, it works smoothly. But, whenever I try to render in panorama and video mode, enscape crashes and shows an error that says it is using GPU from NVIDIA . Can anyone please help me with my problem?

@shre.prashant , please kindly simply press the first button in the dialogue - this will send a feedback report to our support team which will assist you further with this problem very soon. :slight_smile:

I am having the same problem, but Enscape just crashes when I try to use that first button to send feedback. I can type my message, but it crashes when I try to hit “send”. I tried to send feedback while in Sketchup, and no one has contacted me yet.

@Jessica_Wolf , then please kindly send us the required log files manually. You’ll find them here:

Enscape main plugin log files:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Enscape\Data\Logs

SketchUp plugin log files:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Logs\EnscapeSketchupPlugin

You can just place all the files that are contained in these folders into a .zip file and send these to us..
