Hi,
Please assist, I am currently unable to use enscape at all as an extension of sketchup, it comes up with the message, “Enscape encountered an error during rendering. It is using your GPU from NVIDIA”
I’ve followed the instructions on this page: - Multi GPU Issues - Enscape (enscape3d.com) but I am still encountering the same issue, it completely closes enscape and also SketchUp. The first day that I applied my license I was able to use it with no issues, I was able to create the below: -
Please advise as I need to complete some design work.

If you haven’t, please simply click the first button in the prompt that pops up “Close Enscape and send feedback.” this will transfer a feedback report with log files to our technical support team who will look into this further for troubleshooting. You’ll receive a reply with a solution soon thereafter.

Just to make sure there isn’t any confusion, this bug splat window in your last reply would only send a report to the makers of SketchUp itself but not to us. So just in case you weren’t able to click the first button in the dialogue recently as detailed in my last reply then please also submit us a report manually:

I am experiencing the same problem “Enscape encountered an error during rendering. It is using your GPU from NVIDIA”. Enscape was working for the past few weeks but suddenly it stopped working today. I tried all the said solutions listed in the forum but none of them seems to be working. My enscape and NVIDIA drivers are all updated but enscape only works when I turn off Hardware-Accelerated Ray-Tracing. Hoping for your reply soon for the solution. Thanks!

Hi,
It turned out I was working on an outdated version of enscape which caused the crash so I uninstalled it and re-installed the latest version, I think you can go into settings of enscape and on the about tab it has check for new version.
That should hopefully sort it.
