Credential error to log on vrayspawner 2016

Hello,
trying to installed the last version of 3.504 on the servers, i got this credential.
Putting the same value as the one in the vrayspawner 2014 doesn’t work, I got a log in error!
What should I do?

I tried to bypass it with a command prompt, but nothing happens!

Just to make sure, the credential should be the same than the one on windows log in?

I change the windowns login password, just to make sure that the password was not the problem. But the problem remain, I can’t log on vray spawner 2016.
Same for all the server, could it be a problem with this vray version?

Fix, the credential don’t need the .\ before the user name.
