Something strange is going on. I render on my machine and it looks fine, however, when someone else renders it out on their machine, it’s dark. Check their “fileoutgamma” in the maxscript listener - it’s not set by the max gamma value rather stupidly.

It sounds like maybe it’s not seeing the maps. You might try to update the hdri link in the map/material instead of the asset tracker.
