Not right away, however you can use a Displace modifier.

Vlado, are you saying that the VRAY Displacement modifier will show up in RT? I am just jumping into RT next week, and Displacement errors is something that often requires me to do a re-render. Thanks.

VRayDisplacementMod will show in the CPU version if you enable in the V-Ray RT settings. For the GPU, you’ll need to use the regular 3ds Max Displace modifier.
